Easy Salmon Rissoles
Ingredients
415g Tin Pink Salmon
Half a cup of Whole-egg mayonnaise
1 Cup of mashed potato
1 Cup of crushed Jatz or Ritz black pepper crackers
Method
Mix all ingredients together and season with pepper. Shape into cakes and bake in a 180c oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
