Chicken Tikka Masala
Chicken Tikka Masala
Serves 4
3 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
2 tbs. Tikka Masala paste
400g tin condensed Tomato soup
3 tbs. natural yoghurt
Heat a non stick fry pan, add the chicken and fry for 5-6 mins or until browned. Add the curry paste and soup, mix to combine and simmer for 15 minutes, then stir in the yoghurt and heat through.
Optional: Serve with rice and garnish with fresh coriander
