Baked Ravioli
Ingredients
500g ravioli
500g jar your favourite pasta sauce
100g parmesan cheese, grated (reserve some for topping)
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Method
Preheat oven to 180C. Cook ravioli according to packet instructions, then drain. Line a casserole dish with a thin layer of pasta sauce, add a layer of ravioli, sprinkle a layer of cheese and a touch of parsley. Repeat layering process finishing with a layer of ravioli, top with remaining pasta sauce, and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden. Cool slightly, before cutting into squares as you would lasagne.
Serves 4 - 6
Optional: Serve hot with salad, homemade potato chips or just by itself.
